Application 1 – Scrap Shears & Balers

DR – Fixed Pressure Compensator
The simplest, most robust option. The pump automatically reduces displacement to near‑zero when the set system pressure (e.g. 320 bar) is reached. Only leakage‑makeup flow is delivered. Best for accumulator charging, test benches, and single‑pressure clamping circuits.

LRDS – Load Sensing + Pressure Limiting (most popular)
This combines:

• Load‑sensing (LS) differential pressure control – maintains a constant Δp (typically 22 bar) across the main control valve, so flow adjusts proportionally to the spool stroke.

• An internal pressure‑cut‑off stage that overrides the LS function if the system pressure exceeds a preset limit (e.g. 350 bar).

DFE – Electric Proportional Flow/Pressure Control
